NBSC HRMO participates in AAO-ERF Handler Re-Orientation Seminar
The Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) attended the Authorized Agency Officers – Electronic Remittance File (AAO-ERF) Handler Re-Orientation Seminar conducted by the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) on May 23, 2023, at Loiza’s Pavilion, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. The seminar focused on guidelines for the proper updating of the member contact information, guidelines for the designation of beneficiaries under the life endowment policy, and issuance of a certificate of total length of service for CSC requests.
Following the seminar, the NBSC team, consisting of Dr. Helen Maasin, Vice-President for Administration and Finance (VPAF); Dr. Ermelina C. Bardilas, Director of Libraries; and Ms. Noreen Faye M. Esta, HRMO Staff, engaged in a meeting with key representatives from GSIS, including Troy L. Palermo, the Branch Manager; Michael Mesias, the Officer-in-Charge (OIC), Abiele Keith E. Bandoy, Team Leader of BCRD, and Jeofrey N. Moleno from the membership department. The discussions revolved around addressing NBSC’s concerns pertaining to contributions and the proper posting of payments.
Furthermore, NBSC, being a new agency registered with GSIS, has ranked number 3 in Loans Collection Efficiency among agencies under the GSIS Malaybalay Branch for Calendar Year 2022. The award was received by Dr. Maasin and Dr. Bardilas on behalf of NBSC.
